Sowing Seeds of Hope hosted a Certified Nursing Assistant training from January 29 through February 9 in Marion. The opportunity was offered in partnership with Career Health Services Academy, a healthcare training provider based in Pelham, Alabama, that focuses on helping students prepare for careers in healthcare fields. Their hands-on, practical approach to training helps participants enter the healthcare workforce quickly and successfully.

This program, and others like it, have a double impact in that hey help Black Belt residents gain skills that lead to stable employment while also helping address healthcare staffing needs across the region.
