Sowing Seeds of Hope celebrated the holiday season with its annual Christmas at the Center event on December 10, welcoming families from across Perry County for a day of activities and fellowship. Volunteers from Mountain Brook Baptist Church and local community members joined staff in making the event a success.

In addition to the celebration, the organization provided Christmas gifts for four families whose children needed additional support during the holiday season. Two families were referred by the Department of Human Resources, while two others had previously reached out to request clothing, necessities, and educational items.

Staff also distributed donated toys to several additional families who visited the office during the holiday season.

Through these efforts, Sowing Seeds of Hope continues to ensure that children and families in Perry County experience encouragement and support during the Christmas season.
