Sowing Seeds of Hope Encourages Students and Teachers Across Perry County Schools

During the spring semester, Sowing Seeds of Hope worked with several schools in Perry County to support students and educators during the busy state testing season.

Staff members provided gift bags with encouraging messages, testing tips, and social-emotional learning materials to third-grade students at R.C. Hatch School as they prepared for their state assessments.

In addition, Sowing Seeds of Hope recognized educators across the community during Teacher Appreciation Week. Staff delivered appreciation gifts to teachers at Francis Marion School, R.C. Hatch School, Marion Academy, and Breakthrough Charter School.

The organization also partnered with school administrators to provide lunch for nurses conducting weekly school-based COVID testing at R.C. Hatch and Francis Marion School.

These efforts are part of the organization’s ongoing commitment to supporting both students and educators in Perry County. By providing encouragement and practical resources, Sowing Seeds of Hope seeks to help create positive learning environments where students can succeed.
