Church Volunteers Partner with Sowing Seeds of Hope to Support Accessibility Projects in Perry County

Church volunteers partnered with Sowing Seeds of Hope in early 2025 to assist with accessibility projects for residents in Perry County.

On January 4, members of Crosscreek Baptist Church completed a handicap-accessible ramp at a home in the Newbern area. The ramp helps provide safer and more convenient access to the home for the residents, who have ongoing mobility issues.

From February 6 through 8, volunteers from Trinity Baptist Church traveled to Perry County to scout potential project locations, prefabricate ramp sections, and survey sites for future construction efforts.

Partnerships like these demonstrate the continued collaboration between Sowing Seeds of Hope and church volunteers who invest their time and skills to support residents across Perry County.
