From April 28 through May 9, 2025, Sowing Seeds of Hope hosted a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training cohort in partnership with Career Health Services Academy, LLC of Pelham, Alabama. The CNA training program equips participants with the foundational skills necessary to work in a variety of healthcare settings while helping meet ongoing workforce needs in the healthcare sector. Twenty students completed the course, passed the certification exam, and became Certified Nursing Assistants.

This program is sponsored by the Alabama Network of Family Resource Centers and the Alabama Department of Human Resources. Through these partnerships, Sowing Seeds of Hope continues to expand workforce development opportunities and provide meaningful career pathways for residents of Perry County.
