On December 6, 2025, Sowing Seeds of Hope hosted Christmas at the Center, a community celebration that brings together volunteers, church partners, and families for a holiday program at the Ed Daniel Job Training Center each year. Members of Mountain Brook Baptist Church assisted with the event by bringing gifts, snacks, and props and costumes for a nativity play. Each year, the program provides an opportunity for participants to gather and celebrate the Christmas season together.

Events like Christmas at the Center reflect the spirit of partnership that supports many of Sowing Seeds of Hope’s programs throughout the year. Through the generosity of volunteers and church partners, the organization continues to create opportunities for community connection and celebration in Perry County.
